'Business Mileage Only' feature launched on Traxmiles

We are delighted to announce that our award-winning business mileage capture system ‘Traxmiles’ has undergone a recent major upgrade with a new feature for grey fleets and employees with occasional business mileage use.

The newly released ‘Business Mileage Only’ feature has been designed specifically to deal with the modern hybrid working patterns and the significant migration of company car drivers to a cash allowance and any grey fleet vehicle driver.

Whereas for company cars it makes sense to capture total mileage and business mileage, the new feature is designed to make it even easier for those situations where you only need to record business journeys. These are then automatically submitted for you at the end of the month. This is great news and significantly reduces expenses admin for non-company car drivers!

It couldn’t be simpler to keep you and your business HMRC compliant and it also means you can have all your company’s business mileage recording carried out in one place – with no more labour and admin heavy excel spreadsheets for your grey fleet drivers!

All of the existing functionality for Traxmiles still applies to ‘Business Mileage Only’ such as; drive detection, GPS journeys, postcode to postcode, mileage rate validation and every journey being reviewed to ensure HMRC compliance.
